Fleming White Appraisals is a full service real estate appraisal firm specializing in Commercial, Industrial, Special Use and Residential Development property.  Our staff of five, full time, state certified appraisers has more than 100 years of combined real estate experience.  We provide appraisal and consulting services to individuals, lending institutions, law firms, municipalities, and state and government agencies.  We are located in Woodbridge and more than 98% of our work is performed in the State of New Jersey.

 

The firm consists of nine employees of whom six are appraisers and three are support personnel.  Two of the appraisers hold the prestigious MAI designation, two are certified tax assessors.

 

Over the past twenty years we have appraised more than 5,000 properties for purposes such as mortgage financing, investment analysis, tax consulting, property tax appeal, property acquisition and condemnation.  Our primary area of concentration is the central New Jersey counties of Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Somerset, Mercer, Union, and Essex.  More than 80 percent of our business is conducted in these areas.  In addition, we have completed assignments in every New Jersey County and in nine other states.
