Our History

Fleming White Appraisals was founded by Carl Fleming in March of 1973.  At that time the company was known as Carl Fleming Appraisal Company.  Mr. Fleming had been actively selling and appraising real estate since 1953.  Between 1975 and 1989 the company operated as Carl Fleming Real Estate Appraisals.  In 1989 our name changed to Fleming White Appraisals.  On January 1, 1997, Fleming White Appraisals became incorporated.
