QUALIFICATIONS OF STEVEN FLEMING

Mr. Fleming has a broad range of real property appraisal and consulting experience throughout the State of New Jersey in commercial, industrial, residential and special use property.  Specializations include the appraisal of fuel service properties and sites, mixed use properties, retail shopping centers, office buildings, apartments, residential subdivisions, and light industrial warehouse and flex buildings.

 For over 20 years Mr. Fleming has performed appraisal services for numerous clients for such purposes as mortgage financing, estates, litigation, condemnation, tax appeal and private advisement. 

 Mr. Fleming has appeared as an expert witness before the U.S. District Bankruptcy Court in Newark and the Middlesex and Monmouth County Tax Boards in matters dealing with the use and valuation of real property.
