Chris' unique work experience is serving him well in the appraisal of real property.  He spent five years in the Industrial refrigeration industry which have given him a solid knowledge of commercial and industrial building utility and infrastructure.  Chris has also worked for a Fortune 500 company where he spent several years managing network security.  This experience gave him unique perspective on all facets of office building infrastructure and operation.  Chris is currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate which provides a diverse Real Estate curriculum covering many subjects including architecture, construction practices and Real Estate Law.  Christopher holds the New Jersey State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License (SCGREA) and is actively pursuing the MAI designation.
